Read the documentation or readme files before installing new plug-ins. I recently signed up to a subscription of pro tools 12 (latest version). If you have Pro make sure you reset the blacklist, check the 'Scan at startup' option. I was previously using Pro tools 10 which comfortably supported the waves plug-ins suite. Most of them completely disappeared from Cubase, so I uninstalled and reinstalled all my Waves stuff. The audio effects and instruments that are used in Cubase are VST plug-ins.

Fixed: CTRL+drag plugin controls not working in Cubase 9.5.10 and Nuendo 8.1.0 on Windows. With Waves, I have found, if things are haywire, manually removing all apps, cache, and preferences is best approach, Mac or PC. Anyway, I fixed it by writing a little program that tweaks all the NI registry paths (the InstallVSTDir and InstallVST64Dir values) to my preferred locations. Try as you may by pointing your DAW to the right location, both Cubase and Maschine were not having it! And I re-installed the plugins and Waves Central on a brand new PC using Windows 11 and ended up with the same issues On May 5th Mastrcode Music releases T-Force Alpha Plus 2 a free synthesizer plugin in 64-bit VST2 and VST3 formats. The Reaplugs just to make sure and they still won't show up when I right click Mic under Sources - Filter - VST 2.x Plug. Fixed: GEQ and MetaFilter draw mode not working with touch-screens. Hi Community Im interesting if any of you also have problems since the newest update. in the past there were so interface issue with waves in maschine, but those appear to have been fixed.

I'm using Cubase 5 on a Toshiba Laptop with an I3 CPU and 6Gb Ram. SOLVED! Click the cog wheel to open the "Plug-in Manager Settings. it appears the presets from VSTs only work in cubase, and even there they are not standard in that you cannot import them automatically into cubase's data bank. By clicking on the "+" (plus sign), I added the /Applications/Waves folder, and after clicking refresh button, cubase recognised Waves plugins.
